Toy Collecting

Bob Boorman, a retired clock maker and jeweller, grew up during the Second World War not owning many toys, but those he did own were looked after and carefully put away. In this talk Bob will discuss his passion for toy collecting and why he has spent his life trying hard to make up for those wartime shortages!


Advance booking is required (01483 737837). Talks last for approximately 45 minutes with a short time for questions. Doors open 30 minutes before the start of the evening talks. Friends of The Lightbox and members of the Supporters’ Club enjoy a 40% discount (excludes Director’s Choice talks).
